Postcard Helicopters

In 2008, Postcard Helicopters released a new album, entitled It Stands for Something Else.Its dozen tracks are inspired by the mood and feel of 70’s electronica. Some smarty-pants even suggests this album sounds something like a trip through the Wayback Machine to re-visit the work of Brian Eno and Tangerine Dream. Some othersmarty-pants say it’s improper to use the term “Wayback Machine” without permission from Bullwinkle Studios or the folks at Internet Archives. But that’s an argument for another day and another pint of ale.
